Nightwisp

Nightwisp is a flower that grows only in the underdar, it requires very special care in order to grow. It is a carnivous plant not unlike a venus flytrap, The fower is a thick waxy bell shape that tapers toward the middle giving it an hourglass like figure. The plant itself is a dark purple. When it's prey enters the flower there are tiny hairs that fill the inside of the plant. when a bug touches two of these it makes an electric connection and the discharge kills the bug. The the flashing of the electricity creates an eerie glow that pulsates. Once the bug is digested the blinking stops.
