Rylta

Rylta is the goddess of beauty and fertility. She sees the most worship when farmers want a good yield just before harvest season. Although she understands that this is faulty, as the true fertility for crops starts when they have just been planted, and not when they are meant to be harvested, she enjoys the feasts in her honour.
She also sees worship when young women want to be pregnant and is often seen as a blessing when a cat crosses the young woman's path.
Cats are very important to Rylta, and she loves them dearly. Even on Eraba, Rylta is often associated with cats and her temples are home to many stray cats. It is also seen as bad luck to be mean towards a cat and if you have a bad harvest or are infertile, many believe that you have been cursed by Rylta by being mean towards a cat. Many cultures have a tradition of gifting a young bride a kitten at her wedding to help start a new household. It is often the responsibility of the bride's mother to girt the kitten, but if she is not around, this falls to the closest older female relative of the bride. It is also not uncommon for several people to gift the bride a kitten, to the dismay of many grooms.
Rylta is also responsible for Sagovärlden and she enjoys interacting with the creatures on this plane, and she especially enjoys the variety of cats that live in this realm. Several other creatures from Sagovärlden also have a very catlike nature to them such as the Fey Dragons and Pseudodragons. These creatures are favoured by the wizards of Eraba, despite their rarity on that plane.

Appearance

Sagovärlden

On Sagovärlden, Rylta appears as a beautiful woman, with dark auburn hair and clothed in a flowery green dress.
There are flowers woven into her long locks of hair.
Often she is carrying a kitten in her arms, other times her hands are open so that she can pet the kittens playing around her feet.
She is very comfortable with her bare feet as there are no thorns to be found on Sagoväarlden. 
She can also be seen sometimes whispering to a pixie sitting on her shoulder.
Her cheeks are slightly blush, and there is always a faint hint of a smile on her lips.

Eraba

When visiting Eraba, Rylta takes the form of a large cat, nearly indistinguishable from other large cats.
The only exception being that she does not hunt for food as she does not require the usual sustenance.

Effegies

Rylta is often portrayed in her temples as a beautiful woman with a flowery dress and flowers in her hair.
In her right arm is a sheaf of wheat and in her left arm hangs a small kitten.
Many of the statues are just pure marble or bronze as people are too afraid to paint them and anger Rylta because they were unable to capture her true beauty.
In homes, Rylta is a little more simple. A small statue of a cat next to a sheaf of wheat is sometimes all that appears in smaller shrines in homes and remote villages.
