Keothi's head is shaved bald. She has tattoos on her scalp and face, representing the rays of the sun.

Personal history

Keothi is from the desert country of Sacar. She once harbored a deep hatred for the undead, and experienced a crisis of faith when she herself became a vampire. At an unknown point she was drawn into Barovia and sired by one of the nobility. Unable to fight back, she acted as a runner between Barovia and the Material Plane under the orders of Strahd von Zarovich. She met Marvey (Himemiya Llue) in a bar and quickly hit it off. When Marvey came to her for help, accompanied by Umbra and Nox, she willingly provided shelter, and seemed eager for a chance to rebel against Strahd at last. Despite this, Keothi was charmed by Strahd and turned against the party until he was defeated. Keothi had to remain in the Shadowfell while the party was returned to the Material Plane. Marvey gave her a silk handkerchief to hold onto. She has since been noted to be back in Sacar, seeking an old friend. She is accompanied by Titus and Kavyre.
