Personal history
Little is known about Umbra's history. They were mortal at one point, and joined the Court of the Raven Queen under unknown circumstances. At some point, they became Nox's partner.
Umbra and Nox were assigned to infiltrate Barovia and find a way to bring more of the Court into the demiplane. Umbra protested any involvement from mortals but ultimately relented. They appear to have become more lenient towards the party since, but still have a focus on the rules.
Umbra has displayed a sharper attitude in recent time due to an unidentified threat and increase in workload within the Court.
