Umber fortress heart

Attunement LvL 3 (LvL1&2 included)

Benefits in fortress or in normal world close to fortress:
  • can open a gate for travel in and out of the fortress to the normal world in the same space
  • during long rest there gain +1 spell slot of lvl 1, 2 and 3
  • during long rest there you and anyone in fortress you want gain temporary hitpoints equal to their level + half your level (rounded down)
  • By 1 min ritual you can morph fortress and make nonmagical changes there, create items, food and so. Anything created this way disapeares if it leaves the fortress. You can make changes + items worth 50gp every hour this way
Benefits as long as attunement hold:
  • +2 to spell attack rolls and save DCs (not cumulative with similar bonuses)
  • has Umber charges - regain by long rest in Umber (all to max 5) or in the fortress (all to max 15)
  • can cast Umber bolt (as Firebolt, but doing d12 necrotic damage) for no charge, Darkness (1 charge), Vampiric touch (2 charges), Blight (3 charges) and Hands of Hadar lvl4 (2 charges)
  • Can grant advantage to navigating in Umber for 1 hour as spell requiring concentration (1 charge)
  • You can move through Umber at normal speed and make perception checks without penalty
  • You can teleport yourself from anywhere to fortress by action for 5 charges
  • Can teleport yourself and/or willing allies within 2ft to Umber ot back to material plane by action. You must spent spell level slot equal to number of creatures teleported

Benefits in fortress or in normal world close to fortress:
  • can open a gate for travel in and out of the fortress to the normal world in the same space

  • during long rest gain temporary hp equal to your LvL
Benefits as long as attunement hold:
