Saniri Mountains
The mighty Saniri Mountains seperate between the continents of Rashini and Rasag. Few people can live in this frigid climate with thin atmosphere other than the Saniri tribes.
Geography
Tall snow-capped mountains with sheer cliffs and many flat ledges. The vegetation is sparse grasses and bushes are abundant up to about 4,500 meters above sea level. Up to 3,000 meters above sea level you can spot trees and the plateaus and ledges get larger and more abundant. You can find many streams of water from freshly melted snow that falls down from the snow capped peaks. However, the mountains at the edges of the mountain range are not as tall and a good portion of them doesn't have any snow caps.
Fauna & Flora
Above 4,500 meters above sea level there is very sparse vegetation and none at all above 5,500 (the highest of these mountains reaches a hight of 5,762 meters above sea level). Up to 3,000 meters above sea level you will be able to find trees as opposed to the bushes and grasses found above. The mountains are home to mountain goats, mountain sheep, leopards, snow leopards, bird-dragons, foxes, rabbits, Ibex, and many more mountain creatures. The bird-dragons are rarely seen and avoided because they aggressive, extremely dangerous and near impossible to kill. They nest in high cliffs and go out to hunt either in the day or night. If you look closely, you might see one flying through the skies.
Natural Resources
The Saniri tribes have easy access to various metals due to the fact that veins are exposed due to erosion. Wood and food aren't easy to come by (depends where).
