Gisko Thimbaum

Ilse Thimbaum's older brother. He survived the plague, but carries strong sequels from the disease.
He is easily distracted nowadays, too distracted to work with horses or anything else that may prove harmful if not attended to properly. That's what his sister has put him in charge of the family's plots of land dedicated to growing food during the plague. In reality, his son does most of the managerial work, telling him when to sow or when to harvest the different plants, and helps him a lot with the more physical parts too.
