Othavik

Northern Othavik is where the Hadamon criminals were originally exiled. After several generations they multiplied and spread out across the continent. The north still exhibits a few remnants of Hadamon culture, but it is certainly a distinct and independent culture.
The Othans of Othavik are the greatest in number and expanse.
