Mot-Kaph (modern day Orbis Vecnar) was the center of Omhotar Empire . Today it is a gloomy place of old decadence ruled by Vampire Counts and their courts of thralls. A direct result of Kas betraying Vecna about 2,300 years ago. The man city is Kanatoph.
Orbis Vecnar is shrouded in endless clouds that block sunlight. Being the most responsible race in the system, the Etaruvian Elves have positioned an ongoing blockade around the planet, destroying every vessel that attempts to leave and turning away any that try to approach.
