Bes

Bes is an ancient Primean deity worshipped as a protector of households, and in particular, of mothers and children and childbirth. Bes later came to be regarded as the defender of everything good and the enemy of all that is bad.
Bes is the only Primean deity to not be depicted in profile. He also depicted as short and squat. Many artifacts with Bes's image are found as his likeness was used to ward away evil spirits from homes.
