Scrolling to the very bottom of my notifications, the bottom notification is cut out. I can delete or favourite it, but I cannot see who the notification is from. Below is an image.   Do note I have custom CSS, but this is just to change colours to make the notifications easier to read. I tested this without custom CSS and had the exact same result, and also verified with another user.   This is with 17 notifications, all visible on one page.  

Steps to Reproduce

Open the notification modal.   Scroll to the bottom, and observe.
