BBCode in a Global Announcement causes a silent 500 error

The following text causes a 500 error to be thrown in console but has no visual error on page. Removing the BBCode fixed the issue. An error message, bbcode parser, or bbcode remover would be handy.

Steps to Reproduce

Use the url bbcode in an announcement. For #worldember2023 I'm going to be writing about Yak'koli and Arcology! Two ongoing projects I'm proud of which really showcase Ethnis! One's a giant subterranean city in a desert, the other is an ghost ship and crashed flying city!

Hey Jackie! Did you try to put that on the title or the journal part? it's bigger than any title should be and also has BBcode which is not allowed also in the title

I don't recall now, but looking back at it I either shoved it in the title or in the image field, thinking that the image field was for the body text. I'm not sure I used journal mode. Sorry for the confusion.
