Unable to fill out an excerpt in the pop-up article editor

I am attempting to create articles using the pop-up article editor (accessed by the green hammer icon on the bottom of the right sidebar). I cannot click on the excerpt box to type, it will not let me.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new article using the green hammer icon in the bottom of the right sidebar. Go to Styling Tab. Attempt to click on Excerpt box.
