Issue happens when creating a new article, no matter what the article is, and how I create it. Sometimes after “hard restarting” the browser through the settings I won’t get the message, but the article isn’t the one I selected in the article templates. I have done the following to try and fix the issue: • 3 different web browsers. • Using Incognito mode for all 3 browsers. • Hard restarting the browser. • Clearing my cache, history, etc. • Restarting my computer. • Deleting the last article that I was working on, the only one worked on for the past week before this all started. And none of this has worked so far and I have scrolled for the past month on this chat to find a solution.

What world does this happen to? Does it happen every time? Does it happen on creation or editing too?

perry0351 @ 19 Dec, 2025 10:15:09

I’m experiencing an issue on my world Eternia. It happens every time I create a new article, regardless of the article type. No matter which template I select, the site always creates the article using the Organization template instead of the template I chose. I’ve tried creating articles in multiple ways using the options the site provides, but the result is always the same.

Sometimes, after doing a “hard restart” of the browser through the browser settings, the error message doesn’t appear, but the problem still continues. I can edit exisiting articles and I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue:
• Tested in three different web browsers
• Used Incognito/Private mode in all three browsers
• Performed a hard restart of the browser
• Cleared cache, cookies, and browsing history
• Restarted my computer
• Deleted the most recent article I was working on (the only article I had been editing for the past week, before the issue started)

None of these steps have resolved the problem. I’ve also scrolled back through the past month of messages in this chat looking for a solution, but I haven’t found one.

I'm really hoping to have this issue fixed by the end of the week.

Do I need to make another ticket? I am still having this problem.
