I’m following up because I haven’t received a reply in several weeks with another ticket of mine and the issue is still happening.
Issue: In my world Eternia, every time I create a new article, the site creates it using the Organization template, regardless of which article template I select. This happens every time on article creation. Editing existing articles works normally.
Sometimes after a browser “hard restart,” the error message may not appear, but the created article is still the wrong template (Organization), so the problem persists.

Hi perry0351, there is no need to duplicate your bug report, we are still investigating your case since it's open, but the developer assigned to it is on time off right now (as most employees were as well during the holidays when your last comment was made) - so I will be closing this one after your reply.
However about what you said about all articles being created are Organization type, I took a look at your account and all your last created articles are indeed sub-templates of Organization (Religion, Country, Military are distinct variants of the same article template with different prompts and fields suggested and organized - this is not an error) but if you want to be certain it's not happening for all templates, try creating a Character or Item article and you will see they will be a separate article template. If not, let me know and send a screenshot of what you tested. Also, can you confirm the previous error modal is no longer triggering for you, which was the initially reported bug on your other report? If so, that means that one is resolved as well.
I’m not satisfied with the conclusion that “this is not an error,” because the issue I reported is still impacting normal use.
The error message is gone, and articles like Character or Item are good, but when I create a new article and select templates like Religion, Country, or Military, I only receive Organization prompts/fields. I understand those may be sub-templates of Organization, but that doesn’t resolve what I’m experiencing: I still can’t access the specific prompts/fields that those templates are supposed to provide, and there’s no clear way for me to access the prompts/fields those templates are meant to provide. The Country article is suppose to have Founding Date, Type, Capital, Head of State, Government System, Economic System, Official Currency, Exports, Official State Religion, and Geographic Location / Base Settlement / HQ. but I am only getting Sidebar Panel Top, Type, Leader, Founders, and Geographic Location / Base Settlement / HQ.
Additionally, I went roughly three weeks without any update or explanation on the ticket. Given the extended time this issue has prevented me from using a key feature, should I contact [email protected] for billing considerations?
The specific fields you mentioned can be found in those articles already by clicking on the + Prompts button where the full list of fields this template has are listed. From there, you can either select which ones you want to add to the article or select the option "Add all prompts" on the top right (this option can also be always applied if you go to Features > Enable "Article Expanded Prompts").
So from what you've reported, this is more of a misunderstanding of the feature / new UI than a bug and you can find a more in-depth guide and explanations here, so let me know if you are facing further issues that have not been resolved.
