Timeline notifications have the wrong link

When someone sends a notification for a timeline, the notification is linking to /a/timeline-name when it should be /t/timeline-name. Since the link isn't valid, clicking on the notification brings people to the target world's homepage instead of the timeline.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Send a notification for a timeline. 2. Check the link in the notification.

Hi, this should now be resolved for all notificatino going forward ( after yesterday afternoon europe time ) but cannot be sadly post fixed on existing notification sent between release and bug fix. Can you confirm it is indeed fixed ?
