Access Code Expire Date

When creating access codes here and leaving the optional expire date empty the system uses the creation date as an expire date.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Goto Access Rights Management
2. Click the Access Codes tab
3. Create a new subscriber code leave the optional expire date blank
4. Create code
5. Note the expire date will be the current date
