Celenia D10 System CD10: Traits and Skills: Psion

You have suffered mutations to your brain that have granted you the ability to weave mental energy into manipulating other's minds, telekinesis and a plethora of other things. This trait describes the physical change in your brain, allowing you to learn psionic abilites and hone them.   A psion can spend up to 4 PSI points on any given ability. For every point in this trait, you may spend an additional 1 PSI points on a single ability, including any levels in Supernatural Trait.
