Fire Breath (Recharge 5–6). The infernal hellbeast exhales fire in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 21 ( 6d6 ) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Wreathed In Flames: Any creature that starts their turn withing 5 ft of the infernal hellbeast take 7 ( 2d6 ) fire damage Charging Gore If the infernal hellbeast moved more than 10 ft towards a target this turn it can then use its bull's horns to make a special gore attack. The target must make a DC14 Dex save or take 15 ( 2d10+4 ) piercing damage.
Multiattack: The infernal hellbeast can attack three times on each of its turns. Once with its infernal fangs, once with it's scorpion tail and once with its claws. Infernal Fangs: Melee Weapon Attack: 1d20+6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 ( 2d8+4 ) piercing damage plus 7 ( 2d6 ) fire damage. Claws: Melee Weapon Attack: 1d20+6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 ( 2d8+4 ) slashing damage. Scorpion Tail: Melee Weapon Attack: 1d20+6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 ( 1d8+4 ) piercing damage plus 9 ( 2d8 ) poison damage.
