The tank has spaced out armour plating that protects it against explosive charges. The armour weighs 300kg, which counts against the tank's Load Limit. Applying or removing Spaced Armour can be done in the field and takes 4 hours, respectively. Only one set of Spaced Armour can be active on a tank at a time.

Can be acquired from the world and other tanks.
