This mighty battleaxe engraved with blue marks brings forth fear in everyone who beholds it. The battleaxe has 3 charges, which can be used to unleash it's power. As an action you can use one charge to let Each creature you choose in a 30-foot radius must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw DC 15 or succumb in terror as it must drop whatever it is holding and become frightened for the duration. The battleaxe regains 1d2 expended charges each day at dawn.
