Be careful: deleting a category is irreversible—once it’s done, there’s no way to get it back.
Here's how to permanently delete a category:
- Click the Articles option in the left sidebar to open the Articles & World Manager.
- On that interface, you can see the list of categories on the left. Mouse over on the one you want to delete a click the ellipsis button.
- Click the Delete button.
- Confirm the deletion in the deletion dialog.
After you confirm the deletion, the category will be gone. The category’s contents will not be deleted and will become uncategorized. For more information and help with categories, check the guide to categories.
