The Road has finally stopped and we're in Traderport. The inn's bigger than expected, but apparently its the only inn, so that makes sense.
But thats where I start to get troubled.
This is likely the last bit of Civilisation we're going to encounter, before we really head off into the Wilderness. I am not sure these... Well, I can't really call them *Children* when one of them's an Elf now, but these City folk who have barely spent a night out in the forest. The Elf indeed, you can tell he's had a rough life - and playing Bodyguard isn't going to be any easier on him. But he's used to people around. The Mage, well, I don't think its sunk in to him that this'll likely be the last bed he sees for months.
Still. I guess they still have me, as rusty as this old Woman is getting.
I admit, when they mentioned seeing Goblins, I froze.
Luckily, I say most ironically, they were just the mundane everyday Goblins, and they were dispatched fairly easily. The Elf's wound notwithstanding. I'll have to have a chat with him later.
But still. I could have shown a LITTLE Mercy. Maybe even a little Restraint.
But I didn't.
I'm so Sorry, Kira.
