Group of myself and informants arrived in the city by morning from Singapore. Received back report on the captured RED SLIMES - possible made from DRAGON'S BLOOD. Was alerted to possible murderer with the governor general, and him not being immortal. After talking with the group, one informant stated that they knew the whereabouts of a RED DRAGON, a rare type not seen in centuries. NOTE - LOCATION OF SAID DRAGON IS SAID TO BE IN THE HUNAN PROVINCE OF CHINA. RECOMMEND IMMEDIATE ONCE-OVER. DRAGON IS SAID TO HAVE BEEN KILLED.
 
After looking into the problem, found vampires in city. One in BIG WHOP HOP SHOP and one in HAPPY HARRY'S MORTUARY. Both seemed very powerful, but not the subject of investigation. Upon entering the governor mansion, group found the governor to be legitimately 400 years old, and was murdering Japanese agents. Both him and the Singapore governor were kept alive by TIME WORM BLOOD. Governor was using prototype HEMORRHAGE GUN developed by MI6. Recommend looking into acquiring design from our 'friends'.
