In the event of my untimely death, all assets will be distributed as as per the corresponding conditions surrounding my death.
 
If all members in the party are dead, or if there was no party, the ownership of all assets will go to whoever finds the assets.
If members of the party survive, the ownership of all assets will be distributed amongst them at their own behest.
 
The retrieval of my body and ceremonial funeral is not required and should only be done if convenient. Notification of kin should be disregarded. You wouldn't find them anyway.
