1st Day of the Third Frost 503 AS

An Unexpected Detour thru the Fae Realm

Because of course things can never be simple, Sofia the necromancer's daughter was abducted by some kind of fey that feeds on negative emotions... long story short:

  • we entered the fae realm with Renata, Sofia's friend

  • we almost got eaten by a tentacle mushroom monster that could shift between the fae realm and the ethereal plane

  • we got tricked by a weasel fey being that feeds on desperation, but at least it was kind enough to give us some magical items as rewards

  • we got the shit beaten out us by some goo beings that took the form of our greatest fears, and

  • we had to struck a deal with the arch-fey that kidnaped Sofia in the first place, the Queen of the Pleasantries, so we now have to feed a suffering bastard to them once a month or we are screwed


    • We only stayed at the fae realm for a couple of days, but turns out time moves differently here and more than two months had passed in the mortal world!
    When we managed to get back to our world:
     
  • Sofia's father, the necromancer, was hanged at the town's main square by the Order

  • Belle, and the other Hidden Ones are going to take care of the girls now (turns out Sofia has his father's magic abilities, and Renata doesn't want to leave her side again)

  • the protective divine barrier around town is now completed and there have been no more undead attacks for weeks


    • Remember our black leather wearing boss woman, Lucida? Well...
  • Doraen, the druid managed to open the portal and a very pissed Lucida was now trapped at the Inn's basement. If she gets out on the streets she risks being caught by the Order

  • Doraen went back to the Unque Woods, where our original camp was. Hoping that he can activate the portal again from that side to get Lucia out of Crossroads Inn

  • The rest of the group (the farmers, the smith boy, the little girl and the noble man) headed to New Riverston to meet up with Erolith (our elven Mage Hunter friend)
