We Released a FUCKING ANGEL
So... we got assess handed to us by the undead (this is starting to become a habit it seems), managed to picked another weirdo to travel with us (some pale half-elf chick) and arrived an illegal mages' camp.
At the camp we meet an ancient elven mage who told us some very interesting stories about the world before the separation, and named some creator god I've never heard of, Onnos... or something like that
The old elf also told us about the fall of the Venoldi family, a house of powerful elves that was annihilated by one of their own. From what I've gather by traveling with this lot, it looks like Mel is a survivor from that family.
But all that pales in comparison with what happened next... Sacra, our gnoll friend, had some dream in which Lamashtu, the mother herself, asked her to go to the angel lake... well we went to that lake and what do you know a marble statue of a 4 meters tall angel was standing right in the center and not even in my wildest shiver induced trips, would I have guessed what happened!
The statue came to life and there we had it... an angel standing in front of us, not an illusion or some magic trick, an actual FUCKING ANGEL was there talking to us...
it gave us a sword as a token of appreciation for releasing it from its prison, absorbed all of the parties' memories and then vanished...
I think need a break!
