My new friends... I can call them friends, can't I?

by Issac Kyr'Nodel

In all my years within the sleepy town of Quickwater, I've never had to greet so many people in such a short time. We would have travelers pass through and very rare new residents but this honestly is quite remarkable. As in general they all seem really quite pleasant. It's a lot of new names and new faces to put to new names, for the most part anyway. I hope the rambling on my part starts to settle. It perplexes me, I am normally content with being quiet and reserved, but these new friends? Maybe? They really bring out something new inside of me. It could be fun to look back on these musings later on in life, so for future Issac, here are my initial thoughts of our new companions.

Adria: Perhaps the most willing to resort to deadly violence, and appears to have the skills to be a force to be reckoned with.
Also seems to stay away from the spotlight, but that could evolve in time.

August: Very happy-go-lucky. I have the distinct feeling he likes to leave a place better than when he found it.
I am quite excited to learn more about the man.

Eversong: The aptest way to describe Eversong is, quite frankly, of another world. While she carries a weapon as large as herself, I feel she'd rather not
use it unless the need was called for. She's been a little reserved the same as Adria. Hopefully, we will see more soon.

Kestrel: I don't know much about Kestrel, other than they work at the Velvet Petal. While it's not an establishment I would use, I have no judgment of people doing what they want with their own bodies. They seemed receptive to learning magic, which is exciting to see in people.

Tear: Perhaps the most curious of all the people I've met. Extremely intelligent, perhaps elevated to a level above my own. While I'm not the jealous type, I would love to see what we could come up with working on a common goal. He's also reserved but in the most unique way. How curious

Xerrakir: He seems to attract all sorts of attention, and seems the most friendly out of the new group, in stark contrast to his muscled appearance. He also has an interest in the forge, something I hope we can share with one another soon.
