Raison d'etre

I am seeking an artifact of my clan stolen by a black dragon named Axcelion. The Axe of Ashura, it is said, was handed to the first chieftain of the tribe by an avatar of Ashura, and has been handed down from chieftain to chieftain ever since, for thousands of years. It is my duty, my honor, to retrieve and to bear the Axe. I feel I may be nearly powerful enough to attempt the quest now, and have finally begun to reveal my path to my comrades.
