Third downtime period: He spends seven days training in the proficiency of Tinker Tools.
 
Fourth downtime period: He spends seven days training in the proficiency of Tinker Tools.
 
Fifth downtime period: He spends seven days training in the proficiency of Tinker Tools and gains the proficiency.
 
Sixth downtime period: Bought Space Galleon "The Dirigible". which cost him 50,000 gp and so he gave the seller two Rubies valued at 25,000gp each.
 
Seventh downtime period: Carousing among the nobles of Isondale in hopes of gaining a position on the mage's council (250gp).
 
Eighth downtime period: Carousing among the nobles of Isondale in hopes of gaining a position on the mage's council (250gp).
 
Ninth downtime period: Carousing among the nobles of Isondale in hopes of gaining a position on the mage's council (250gp).
 
Tenth downtime period: Carousing among the nobles of Isondale in hopes of gaining a position on the mage's council (250gp). He manages to win a spot as the leader of the conjurers.
 
Eleventh downtime period: Create card, create Sim, create 7 diamonds worth 25K each. During this seven-day period he also sought out a seller to buy the Robe of The Archmagi from. He eventually managed to acquire it for 200,000 gold coins which he used several of his gems to pay for. This is the current downtime period.
