Verrick's bedroom/office

by Verrick Blackstone

Verrick's bedroom is a larger room with a sizable bed positioned positioned again a small angled piece of wall. Behind it is a large window that has been decorated with stained glass that shines stunningly in the mornings. a small hearth keeps the room well warmed while most of the rooms walls are lined with cluttered book shelves filled with various books, scrolls and miscellaneous baubles. A work desk rests near the hearth where scrolls and books on stands with various instruments rest for his work in translation and research. The whole room is made of a dark stained wood, carefully hand crafted with stars and constellations to make it looks much like a star chart for navigations. The bed's carvings are however different and newer than the stars throughout the room, Made to looks like ornate leaves and vines. The various candle stands and lanterns drip with excess wax to the floor as his work hours are usually long and well into the wee hours. a portrait sits near his dresser mostly covered with canvas and twine aside from a corner revealing what looks like the depictions of shocks of bright red hair stopping just before a face would be revealed. A light layer of dust covers a number of hard to reach spots and the room is slightly messy with clothes, scrolls and books strewn about as his work seems to encompass his life. It is not uncommon to find a book resting on his face as he fell asleep reading something.
