Where There's Lightening, There is Rast

Saturday September 12th,

  • We wake up tied to stakes in the Goblin camp. The guards run off.


  • Oak broke his bonds and ran off. Danor (Francis) grabs a sword, cuts off one of the Goblins heads.


  • Rast is taken captive by the goblin chief. Danor (Francis) runs towards the chief to try and save Rast, but he is also taken captive.


  • I am led to the Chief and notice that both Danor & Rast are staring into the orb. I avoid looking into the orb.


  • A loud thundering crack lights up the sky. I open my eyes to see Rast with his hand up in the sky, black.


  • The goblins charcoaled and disintegrated, Oak has come back with the excommunicated goblins we traded with earlier this day.


  • Apparently, these goblins were excommunicated for moving on after the goblin wars of Boval Valley, nearly 300 years ago.


  • According to the leader of this motely group of 5 goblins, a great threat is coming to this valley.


  • Priests of the One, of the Green Robes came and took the male goblins into the mountains.


  • The One wants to exterminate the human race.


  • The Goblin Wars were finished when humans and goblins got a side where neither side felt like the war was worth carrying on. This was a time when the humans decided to show mercy to the goblins, and the goblins decided to make a truce.

    Sunday September 13th,

  • We head into the Boval Castle. I am able to get us in after persuading the guard I am here on church business. Rast decides to stay outside with our weapons and avoid having to talk to Lord Boval again.


  • Regent Stewart. All I can say is, "negotiations were short"...


  • It seems like we are going to have to find other means of resolving this issue with THE ONE.


  • Also, need to keep an eye out for the Regent who now knows everything about us; seems like we may be getting set up for something.
