Unexpected Journey

Yesterday I woke up in my bed, expecting to go to work stocking Bantha Tracks for my usual 12 credits. As it would turn out, I never even made it to work. My world turned upside down. And today, I wake up with pain shooting up my back from sleeping on the cold metal floor of the interior of this transport shuttle. I was surprised mom found this shuttle that charged me only 500 credits for travel to Mokivj. I was talk they have mines there, so I should be able to find some short work for a few days; just long enough to pay for wherever it is I'm going next.
 
Despite me paying for this service, I was put to work onboard the ship (a Taylander shuttle if I am remembering that correctly)... which I honestly should have expected. It wasn't bad, though. Everyone on board treated me surprisingly well. I assume most of them weren't natives to Batuu. The work wasn't bad, either. They had me work on a lot of different maintenance things... spaceships surprisingly aren't all that different from from groundcars. They had me reseal several hatches, I replaced the landing gear and cargo loading hydraulics, cleaned out the engine coolants; that last one was the most difficult. I found I actually quiet enjoyed the work; despite the obvious setback I had to deal with....
 
I've been meaning to sit down and plot a course... I'm still not entirely sure where I am going, or what I am doing. There's just so much work to do on this ship I never have any downtime to myself. I suppose once we arrive I'll have more time to think to myself and get some more work done. I still don't understand everything that happened... I can control the Force? If I can heal... what else can I do? When no one's around. I've been trying different things. So far nothing's worked. What exactly did the Jedi teach? This would all be so much easier if I had a master helping me out. Like Ahsoka did. I'm the same age as her now when she saved grandma.
 
Despite all of the problems along the way, I'm looking optimistic. For having no formal education, teachings of the stars, or probably any other important skills most people say you should have before setting out on such a mission... I think I'm doing quiet well. Here's to the unexpected journey.
