Leader of the dwarves who cared for Snow White both while she hid in the forest from the Evil Queen and when she was laid to rest in her glass coffin. After her coronation Corelius was invited to join the council.

As 'The People's Voice' on the Grand Council Cornelius speaks on behalf of the city's people in grand council meetings. To maintain this title Cornelius must continue to be voted in as the city mayor every 4 years.
