From one of the most prolific merchant families in Whitecastle. Tehss runs the family business following the recent passing of her father Lord Rhys Rowan.

As 'The People's Hand' on the Grand Council Tehss speaks on behalf of the city treasurey and merchant guild. She is responsible for city spending of funds and how funds are distributed to local services. She also manages Taxes. Due to her conflict of interest Tehss is unable to pass any finacial law or bill without a 3:2 vote in favour from the other council members.
