Baltimore has a high drug crime rate, recent drop off in arrests for some reason.

Black nike shirt, jeans, white shoes
Street smart, gang affiliation; unknown, low income family
Unemployed, multiple misdemeanors as juvenile, small time drug trade
Stubborn, quiet, anger management issues.
 
Checking family residence, smoke in house, young sister sibling, druggy mother
JW was staying with friends, didn't want to stay with family, seems a bit out of it. JW hung out with scrawny kid named with “Boogie”, previous address was close to the hotel, not a good neighborhood, but not the worst.
 
Crappy old school, outdated tech. School known for some issues, previous gang shooting, one individual targeted attack. RO has a rep for scaring young perps.
Reported missing by school-
Vice Principal- due to have detention and skipped out, Derek Smith- adopted aka; “Boogie”
Mr. Irving; former marine, put a target on him possibly due to gangbangers wanting a “high hit”, keeps kids in line.
 
 
Mr. Irving- 5,11-175 no real relevant info. Introduced to Vic
 
Vic- supplier to J.W. with meds and drugs, fought over overdue drug money.
 
Boogie- stopped being friends due to being a dealer, deals for himself, sometimes for the 267ers, cuts into their profits. Small fry, used to go to boogies if he was in trouble. Sleeps at school or shelters.
 
Closet where JW slept in- blankets, and a pillow. Practically lived there for some time. Hide soap, shampoo, and a slip of paper. TC on back of paper.
 
Pamphlet from First Unitarian. Its for a shelter that is run.
 
Marcey- 5 foot, dispatch officer. “All bounce”
 
Terrance Cruise- business, eastern meds. most ANNOYING MAN IN THE WORLD. saw subject on the Thursday.
 
 
First Unitarian church- offices in the back, seperate building is the shelter/soup kitchen. Pastor and older women in her 60s- secretary
Pastor Peter Michaels- been there, few weeks, pulled records showing he was last there on April 20th. Stays on spaghetti night. Had a number that was a burner.
