Edmund Wallard was always a small kid growing up. He grew up in Baltimore with a cop father, and his mother was a homemaker. His father took him hunting out of state, and in the surrounding countryside. around the age of 14, he hit many growth spurts and became a monster of a man. By 18 he was intimidating just on his size. He followed his father and joined the police force. Due to his size and strength he quickly was moved to the S.W.A.T. team as a ballistic shield carrier. This gave him the nickname amongst his team of “Officer Wall.”

JW was staying with friends, didn't want to stay with family, seems a bit out of it. JW hung out with scrawny kid named with “Boogie”, previous address was close to the hotel, not a good neighborhood, but not the worst.
Crappy old school, outdated tech. School known for some issues, previous gang shooting, one individual targeted attack. RO has a rep for scaring young perps.

Vice Principal- due to have detention and skipped out, Derek Smith- adopted aka; “Boogie”
Mr. Irving; former marine, put a target on him possibly due to gangbangers wanting a “high hit”, keeps kids in line.

Vic- supplier to J.W. with meds and drugs, fought over overdue drug money.
Boogie- stopped being friends due to being a dealer, deals for himself, sometimes for the 267ers, cuts into their profits. Small fry, used to go to boogies if he was in trouble. Sleeps at school or shelters.
Closet where JW slept in- blankets, and a pillow. Practically lived there for some time. Hide soap, shampoo, and a slip of paper. TC on back of paper.

Pastor Peter Michaels- been there, few weeks, pulled records showing he was last there on April 20th. Stays on spaghetti night. Had a number that was a burner.
