moved back home he joined the highways department as a works foreman
 
running maintenance teams before eventually being promoted to
 
department manager a couple of years ago.
 
 
Motivation: Patriotism / Civic Duty
Karl was raised in a family steeped in a martial tradition of service
 
to its nations and the recogniton of the duties and responsibilities
 
of a proper citizen.
 
Responsibility
Karl is a department manager for the city's highway department, and
 
while not required to work in an office 9-5, is responsible for
 
overseeing multiple ongiong projects.
