Milly is kind and curious, excitedly sampling new foods or taking a glance at exotic clothes (that, unfortunately, probably won't fit). She is always ready for adventure, whether that be exploring a cavern full of dangerous creatures or a town of down-to-earth farmers. Because of her diminutive stature, she simply cannot make the same impact that her party members can, but is comfortable letting other members take the lead outside of combat because she knows she can kick ass when it comes down to it. Milly tries to be calculated before taking action, but every once in a while, she lets her inhibitions go and hops right into it.
She holds vestiges of her former life, such as her trusty steed, Willow, or her knack for leather working, but doesn't speak much of where she started. She is very oriented towards the future, and has ambitions to be the champion of those who cannot fight for themselves.

Milly is pretty beefy, despite her height. Her muscles are well-defined, as she trains pretty regularly.
Body Features
Milly has many tiny scars all over her body and heavily calloused hands.
Facial Features
Milly has full cheeks and a heart-shaped face. Her tiny, upturned nose is adorned with a small hoop in her left nostril. Her large eyes compliment her larger ears. Milly also has a thin, line of a scar on her right cheek.
Identifying Characteristics
Milly has a small nose ring in her left nostril. She has a peach colored birthmark on her chest, patchy and abstract in shape.
Physical quirks
Milly tends to walk with a purpose, almost jogging to keep up with her longer limbed allies. By virtue of her being a dual wielder, she is ambidextrous, but tends toward using her left hand for things like writing, leather working, etc.
Apparel & Accessories
Milly tends towards humble clothing and items. While she can appreciate finer pieces of clothing, she knows her tendency is to dirty them and would rather they go to someone else. For practicality's sake, her weapons and equipment tend to be functional and hardy rather than pretty.

Personal history
Milly was born in the small town of Banshire, full of hard-working, honest folk, to Finnigan and Lavidra Morningdew. Her parents owned a few animals and her father specialized in leather working. He taught her the tricks of the trade the second she was strong enough to hold tools. Her mother stayed at home, tending to the animals and raising Milly and her younger sister, Lydia. Milly had a stable, happy home life for most of her childhood.
While the town was generally insulated from threats, occasionally, an ornery creature would approach. These creatures were handled by a small force some townsfolk had created, appropriately dubbed The Handlers. Milly admired their work of protecting the town and hung around the group, learning how to interact calmly and peacefully with creatures. The Handlers were no fools, however; they knew that, at times, a creature would come through that could not be tamed. Therefore, they trained in very basic combat skills, learning how to wield weapons and, if the need arose, to kill. Milly trained with the group, sometimes more often than Finnigan would like, as he anticipated her eventually running his leather shop.
As Milly continued to train, she secretly hoped one day to show off her prowess, finding a way to outwardly prove what a competent warrior she could be. Her opportunity came when a redcap came raging through the town. A terrifying creature that indiscriminately kills, it slaughtered a few farm animals before The Handlers came rushing out (as it was the closest to an actual militia the town had). Milly led the group, grabbing two of the sturdiest swords she could find and rushing towards the creature. While two other Handlers tried to join the fight, Milly proved to be the most prominent participant. During the flurry of blows, the redcap swung across her face with a scythe, leaving Milly with a clean cut on her check. She responded by dealing the killing blow to the murderous creature.
After this encounter, something awoke in Milly. While she had been raised to be just, fair, and kind, she now felt she had a self-created obligation to protect. She was now hailed as a hero by the townsfolk, going from humble leatherworker to valiant warrior overnight. Between her innate curiosity and her victorious slaying, something called her to leave town and continue fighting for innocent people everywhere. She had made her decision, and no one was going to change that; Milly would be a champion for those who had none.
However, this decision would drive her further from her family. Finnigan was especially furious that she wasn’t following in his footsteps, instead choosing a dangerous, uncertain life away from her close-knit clan. Lydia came to be resentful at having to take Milly’s place at the shop, and Lavidra worried incessantly, despite supporting Milly’s decision. After many days and nights of arguing, crying, and yelling, Milly left with her favorite animal, Willow, and bid her family farewell.
Armed with little but her steed, a few silvers, and some tricks of the trade, Milly traveled in hopes of finding someone she could train under. She was used to living modestly, camping most nights until she found a hustling, bustling city. She eagerly searched top to bottom for someone suitable to be her teacher, staying in the city for two nights before stumbling upon Braggett Huntinghawk. Huntinghawk was immediately amused by her enthusiasm but could also sense something deeper and more serious.
He quickly took her under his wing, seeing great potential within her. Milly lived in the town for about three years under Huntinghawk’s instruction, all the while taking in all the new sights, foods, and people. During this time, she also became more confident in herself as a warrior. With a bigger town came more crime, and more people willing to make light of Milly on a first glance. She sometimes found herself in dangerous situations that her perpetrators would soon regret, and Milly learned how to fend for herself almost immediately.
After this three-year period, Huntinghawk determined that there was nothing more that he could teach Milly. She gave her thanks and appreciation, then headed off towards the next adventure.

Mental Trauma
Because of Milly’s decision, there is a lot of tension and muddled feelings when it comes to her family. She still retains her leatherworking skills and dons a small nose ring in remembrance of Lydia, who fancied making jewelry.
