A mysterious Chronomage who appeared seemingly out of nowhere to provide a warning about touching chronoplasm

Eolande Silverwind is a chronomage from the Ezurity Academy of Sorcery. This mysterious stranger appeared seemingly out of nowhere with a warning about touching chronoplasm when our heroes were witness to the time snail migration. He warned of the dangers of touching the goo, then vanished as mysteriously as he arrived.
