Appearance
Physical Description
Tesha is a petite young woman, still with that slightly... unfinished cast to her face typical of Humes in their late teens.
Body Features
Her skin is a warm brown, her eyes a striking olive green, and her hair is a veritable birds nest of auburn waves, a few hap-hazard braids sticking out at odd angles. She uses it as a de facto tool-belt, keeping things like pens, small tools, cutlery or any other variety of small little treasures tangled in her thick curls,
Identifying Characteristics
However, her immediate, obvious identifying feature is the dark scorching on her hands and around her eyes, the skin streaked and blackened like it's been soot-stained, the stain spreading up her forearms and into the sclera of her eyes.
Apparel & Accessories
Tesha wears the sleeveless, distinctive robes favoured by the arcane graduates of the Great university, although she wears a more practical shirt and pants underneath it. The shirt was a hand-me-down from one of the other members of the company, and somewhat too large as a result, while the pants she's had for long enough that they're about an inch too short in the leg when she isn't wearing her boots. She also wears the bronze amulet that she received upon her graduation from the University, worked into the symbol of the Academy of Stars.
Mentality
Personal history
Tesha doesn't talk much about her past before she enrolled in the University, and when someone is asked, she deflects. Not particularly skillfully, but also without any shame at her blunt change in subject.
What the company has managed to pick up so far was that she was granted a scholarship to enrol in the University shortly after the People's Revolution in Ephox saw the doors opened to commoners. Other than that, there have been a few vague references to an early childhood spent in Peakeworis, parents that made her a set of sandstone building blocks that she still keeps - but who have been replaced by adoptive guardians in all the stories of her time at the University - and occasional wry jokes about how Chance Storms can have deleterious effects on a person, when she's asked about her scars.
