Found by the party on Pleasure Island Walley was the part transformed grown man that must have been trapped there since Pinocchio was there.

Walley has lived on Pleasure Island for most of his life, because of this he has never progressed beyond the intelligence of a fairly stupid 10-year-old boy. Saved from the Island by the party he now serves as potato peeler on The Savy Mouse.
He's no longer fully human but never fully transformed implying that while Walley may not have been god he wasn't really bad either. His transformation has covered him in patchy fur, elongated and pointed his ears, and given him a bucktooth underbite. His endearing nature usually helps people see past his looks.
