After the death of his uncle, a monster hunter with the Monstrosity's Menagerie, Tahir decided to follow in his footsteps, taking up both the mantle, as well as his custom-forged armor, Empire's Shadow.  While in pursuit of the shadow demon which slew his kin, Tahir stumbled into a plot by a Demon Queen named Maelshyve, and, along with others, thwarted her from her plans of world domination.



For his actions, Tahir was inducted into The 33rd Regiment, the Queen's Rangers.
