Mayor Gubbin was the Lord of Rivervale and had been since it's founding hundreds of years ago.

He was revered by his people, and none seem to question his age, for he was so kind and warm hearted.

For hundreds of years he had seen to their peace and quiet, but alas, he came to his end at the hands of The Maestro.
