Personal history

Lyre was born sired from the union of the head of house Thair'Monistadt, and a powerful fox spirit who managed to seduce the man. Lyre's mother stayed with them for some time, enjoying the royal treatment from her partner, but left when Lyre was 4. These disturbances in the house caused Lyre to be a bastard child, but due to being the first born Lyre would still be the heir to house Thair'Monistadt and was educated as such. Lyre would be treated poorly and insulted continuously due to his bastard status, but still held to high standards due to being the heir to the house.
 
Once Lyre reached adulthood he snuck away for a summer to a university where he earned his degree. Upon returning, she was forced into an arranged marriage with Absynthe Poissoine to strengthen relations between the two houses. They begrudgingly stayed in this marriage for a time but consistantly put effort into trying to make themself unappealing so Absynthe would want a divorce. This however was difficult for Lyre to achieve as Absynth swiftly fell head over heals in love with Lyre.
 
One of Lyre's schemes involved taking all the bananas from the Poissoine storehouse and baking them into various types of banana bread which they sold and gave away. They made BBQ Sauce Banana Bread, walnut banana bread, gluten free, dairy free, some which contained Lyre's spit, beer banana bread, and of course whead banana bread. This flooded the market and caused some financial instability as well as killing demand for bananas. The Poissoine family was hugely upset and finally authorised the divorce. Lyre went to the Brothel no Hollow Purple and attempted to have sex with a worker at the brothel which went poorly as the lights went out in their stall and the person was stabbed. Lyre, unsure if they had done this murder fled the scene, and the city, and the country.
 
Lyre made his way down to Rextaulia and into the city of Renexann as a pit stop to lay low in for a time. While in Gryton's Grill she managed to charm the bartender into letting him tend the bar as a game of poker was at hand in the lower level. Lemon, a geppetin at the table, went all in and would have won the game had her opponent not cheated. Lyre saw this occurring as they served drinks to Bun Bun Farwander and Mahi Mooka Mali. Things went awry however when an individual went to steal the package at hand being bet in the game, running out the tavern but being stopped as Mahi jumped on top of them. Lyre, seeing the action going down lept to aid and helped injure the would-be thieves that Mahi and Bun Bun went onto kill. The tavern caught fire when Mahi took a vial from the stolen case and drank it before breathing fire out into the tavern. With just one adversary remaining Lemon lept to help her downed acquiantence Korryko, but after doing so the blind cheater slashed her throat open killing her. Mahi then incinerated the killer, as Lemon's true form was revealed to be that of an Oni. With all the crimes just committed, Lyre grabbed the corspe of Lemon and the unconscious Korryko before fleeing the tavern with Mahi and Bun Bun in toe. Lyre stole a wagon and went to the highest level of the city where the group found an inn to stay the night, flirting with a gilf on the way in.
 
The next morning the group explored the city looking for a way to resurrect their new acquiantance who had just given her life for them. They checked Heaven's Door, but found it too expensive for their broke pockets. Lyre and his new party would eventually think to check Lemon's business card and go to the business listed, where they met Lemon's adopted father Catamari who possessed a scroll of resurrection. Lyre led the casting of the ritual, enlisting the aid of Catamari, Mahi, and Korryko to complete it and raise Lemon from the realm of spirits back to life.
 
Catamari then informed the group of their debt and that to repay it they would have to rob an auction for him. Catamari then told the group that the liquid they had stolen from the bar was Dragon Blood, and that Catamari wanted them to steal 10 vials which were on auction. The party took time to prepare for the auction, with Lyre in part leading the planning. Catamari offhandedly mentioned that Vlad the Inflator would be present at the auction which Lyre fixated on greatly, wishing to rizz him up to gain an edge in the robbery. Lyre led them to a general store wherein she asked if the yowie owners knew anything about inflatable people which devolved into an argument about racism and Lyre lying that Vlad was his father, and that he was trying to find him. The yuri yowie's weren't buying any of it and the party cut their losses and left.
 
When the auction arrived, Lyre took lead as the noble of the group while they entered. As they cased out the layout, they saw a stage and a door next to it at the back that was being guarded. Lyre distracted the guards so Bun Bun, Mahi, and Korryko could sneak backstage, but was interrupted shortly after with a yell from the crowd, it seemed their wife had found them as Absynthe Poissoinne confronted her. Lyre tried to run and shift forms, but Absynthe used magic to track him through the crowd where he tried to make conversation with Vlad the Inflator and Viktor Mythralight.
 
Absythe mentioned the magic at hand and Lyre's mind shifted to how she could use Absynthe to help them in the robbery. As Mahi and Bun Bun presented the final object on auction, the secret headliner of the dragon egg, Lyre saw Korryko in the crowd with the objects the group had stolen, ready to hustle out. Lyre met up with them, ready to go as things came crashing to a halt when a dragon burst through the balcony. it swiped its tail and ate Vlad among others before walking to the stage for its egg. Bun Bun, Mahi, and the announcer stepped aside for the dragon, but Lemon's sister Terra jumped in the way to try and fend off the dragon and steal the egg for herself. This did not go well for her as the dragon swallowed her and flew off with the egg. The party made a quick escape and headed back to the Paw-In Shop to let Catamari know what had happened. Catamari was very annoyed two his children had stupidly died in one week and asked the party to go save Terra, saying that the adventure and heroism would be its own reward. Lyre didn't buy it so Catamari said the dragon probably has a lot of valuables. Lyre convinced Catamari to give them a potion of fire resistance for the road and the party set out, keeping Lyre's Ex-Wife with them as additional aid, with Lyre having lied promising to return to Greenest City with her once the job was done.
 
Lyre and Korryko got through the lair unscathed, but Lemon and Bun Bun were partially injurred while Absynthe took on most threats and found herself the most injurred and spent trying to show off for Lyre. When they reached the crest of the lair the party debated about how to deal with the dragon, as the talk took too long and her ex-wife got too annoying, Lyre ran up to the dragon and spoke to it head on. He got 1 minute from the dragon for them to speak and leave, or die. the minute was spent in vain and the party fought. Lyre stayed mostly out of harms way, not the target of the first plume of flame, nor of the claws, but his ex-wife was directly in the line of fire trying to protect Lyre and be the hero. Korryko and Bun Bun were downed after Lemon wreathed the dragon in faerie fire to give them a fighting chance. Seth got Bun Bun back up as Korryko laid behind a rock unconscious and bleeding from horrific burns. Lyre sent cuts of wind forth with her fan while Absynth tried to smite the dragon to the gloom world, bun bun feeling rage in his heart as a chaotic bolt of rage errupted forth, resisting the claws scratching at his chest. The dragon lumbered toward Lyre and Bun Bun unleashing another plume of flame, Bun Bun being downed, but Lyre surviving the burns and creating electric feathers of magic to cut the dragons flesh. The dragon began to flee as Lyre's final feather nearly finished it. The dragon nearly out of range protecting its egg, Lemon stepped forth and finished it with a final zipzap as it went tumbling down the mountain. At some point during the battle Absythe perished, but the party managed to save Vlad and Terra from the dragon's stomach, while managing to harvest parts of the dragon, with Lemon keeping the egg.
 
Lyre returned to Greenest City after his great adventure and nursed Vlad The Inflator back to health, with the two sharing a fling for a time.
