Appearance
Physical Description
Enya is slender as she hasn't been able to afford the best lifestyle.
Body Features
Enya is around 6ft tall, apart from her aberrant mind markings, Enya looks like a half elf. She has a few frown lines on her face.
Identifying Characteristics
Enya's eyes and whites of the eyes were a lovely sea blue, representing a long linage of Aasimar's from the sea. Locals said you could even see the calm waves in their eyes. However now due to her aberrant mind abilties, she is now a fallen aasimar. When she was young her eyes changed from sea blue to blood red with angry waves. She has scars around her eyes and neck.
Now she is older she is able to regain some of her sea blue eyes, but the red always remains in the white. When provoked, it is obvious Enya is enraged because her eyes loose the sea blue and the angry waves of blood red emerge.
Her hair is long and silver, with whisps of sea blue and red.
Apparel & Accessories
Enya has a metal choker "welded" on her neck with a gem, sea blue in the middle surrounded by blood red. She wears various pieces of jewellery. The only item she has from home is a sea glass ring.

Personal history
Enya grew up in Iceni a coastal town steeped in history, lore and Aasimar. Enya came from a very powerful and influential family of Aasimar. Her family were protectors of the town, both on land and on the sea. It was easy to recognise that her family was from Iceni from their eyes. Eyes blue like the ocean, locals said you could even see the waves in their eyes if you looked close enough!
Her father loved Enya, yet he yearned for a son which Enya could sense. She wanted to follow in his footsteps, but he always insisted she didn’t belong on the coast protecting the town. When she was 17, a pirate ship tried and failed to raid her hometown. The ship crashed into the cliffs of Iceni. Enya’s father led a group to clear up the wreckage and to salvage any parts they could. Enya, desperate to seek her father's approval went along, her mother trying to stop her. The cliffs were notorious for being dangerous.
On the wreckage Enya saw this beautiful, yet terrifying neck choker. Made from black metal, it had a large crystal in the centre. As she picked it up the choker, the crystal copied Enya's sea blue eyes. It was fascinating to see. Then red veins wrapped around the crystal. Suddenly Enya fell to the ground, screaming in pain, clawing at her face and neck, eventually falling unconscious.
Eventually she awoke to scared and shocked faces. The choker had welded to her neck, a scar going from her neck up to her eyes which was now bright red. No magic or weapons could undo what the choker had done. Enya was now a fallen assamair with unusual powers. Enya will never forget the look of horror and disgust on her father's face. “You are no longer my daughter, and the sea has rejected you.” Enya was banished from her home, her family, her life.
Enya had to learn how to look after herself and learn how to control her powers. She did adventure, but in between jobs she would go looking for answers regarding her powers. Travelling everywhere and not really finding answers. When she was younger, she had to use her intimidation to aid her journey through life, but only to protect herself/others.
During her early adventuring years, Enya settled on the East coast near the city of Mistport. There she became friends and adventuring partners with a young fairy named Brynnbraid. They shared a love of the sea and a desire for people to see them as more than their inherited reputation. Brynn believed that people should be free to be who they wanted to be and not chained to a destiny given to them by their lineage. Such as mercurial trickster Fey or Goblin tribes being used as the minions of some malevolent force. Brynn’s dream was to live free on the sea and be the first person to land on the mythical isle of Fastitocalon, an isle that’s location did not remain constant and sightings of it were rare. Although they enjoyed many years of adventure, they parted ways when Brynn had enough money to buy their first ship. Enya has a deep connection to the sea, however even after so many years Enya feared exploring the sea. She feared it would continue to take more from her, and she could still hear her father's last words “the sea has rejected you” in her mind. She misses Brynn deeply as she is the only person in Enya’s life who wasn’t scared of her.
Enya’s travel eventually brought inevitably to the West Coast and back to the sea. She settled in the 5 towns of Pine Haven, in Each, a settlement famous for the prestige of its horses. Enya worked under the patronage of Bei Thioch, the daughter of the Great Family of Each. Despite her many great deeds there, opinion is still divided about Enya in Pinehaven. Even when she helped save Each from a Nuckelavee (an aquatic horse demon) by driving it back into the sea, there was an insidious Tom out that Enya the had summoned the beast herself. Enya has more of a hold on her powers than she did before, often now her eyes are not fully red, some of the sea blue peaks through, unless she is provoked, then all her anger comes out in her eyes. She is still known as the “Red Eyed Witch”, a name that deeply saddens Enya.
All Enya has ever wanted was a sense of belonging, to be loved and accepted. She had that with Brynn, but that's it. When she received a letter from an old colleague Ulric von Spondoolick, she had to see what was going on. They weren’t good friends at all, if anything he irritated Enya. But he needed Enya, which Enya rarely experienced. So, in desperation she went to find him. Enya didn’t find him, which deep down she was relived, but what she did find was fascinating. A group of excentric individuals, who didn’t look at her with fear or disgust. Enya even subtly cast a spell to see what they were thinking and was pleasantly surprised to feel that they didn’t have her in her mind at all, at least not in a negative way. They accepted her for who is she and what she can contribute, without judgement or fear. And now they embark on an adventure together.
Enya hasn’t felt this acceptance since Brynn. The feeling almost unsettles Enya as she is just waiting to be rejected again, but she is trying to embrace the positive influence the group has on her. Since being with the group, Enya’s eyes have gained a little more sea blue colour and maybe after 100 years, Enya is finally finding her purpose in life.
