Role in the story:

Early Life

Nallias's early years were marked by hardship and transformation. He was oringinally a orphan who was adopted by a Human woman named Idris. This potential for him to find a new family turned sour when he was sold into slavery to the Duergar. His life in the dark underbelly of the Underdark was cruel and unforgiving, pushing him to the limits of his endurance and spirit.

Life Among the Myconids

Nallias was helped to escape from the clutches of the Duergar, Nallias ran towards the surface of the Underdark and found sanctuary in an unlikely place—a Myconid Village ruled by a Myconid named Morel. This village became his refuge for four years, where he learned the ways of the Myconids and adapted to their unique culture. This period was crucial in shaping his outlook on life, teaching him resilience, but making him gloomy and isolated from other people.

Journey with The Ring City Four

When the Ring City four came across the Myconid village and found Nallias, he asked to join them in thier journey to Gracklstugh. He owed a debt to the woman who helped him escape and was fearful he would be hunted if he did not repay it. He served as the group's guide through the Underdark and helped them make their way to Gracklstugh and avoiding getting lost in the Underdark.

Return and Conflict

After aiding the Ring City Four in Gracklstugh, Nallias returned to the Myconid village. His attempt to return to his peaceful life was interrupted by Holland Bray. Her cult then attacked the Myconid village, but was repelled by Morel unleashing a poisionous mushroom spore field that made the village uninhabitable by Nallias, but prevented the Cult from advancing on the village.

Current Life

Nallias retreated to the surface and sent a group of kids to find the Ring City Four. After finding them he joined them in traveling to The Great Tree Alvethastion.

Physical Appearance:

Nallias, as an Eladrin Elf, manifests the changing aspects of his inner emotional state through his physical appearance. Initially a Winter Eladrin, his features reflected the cold and desolate emotions of his past. His skin was pale, almost translucent, resembling the frosted surfaces of a winter morning. His hair, long and flowing, shimmered with the silvery-white hue of snow, and his eyes mirrored the icy blue of frozen lakes.

Upon his return from Gracklstugh and overcoming many of his past traumas, Nallias transitioned into an Autumn Eladrin. This transformation brought with it a warmer, more vibrant appearance. His skin took on a soft golden hue, reminiscent of the gentle light of autumn. His hair changed to a rich, auburn color that cascades like falling leaves, and his eyes sparkled with the golden amber of the season, reflecting his renewed spirit and energy.

Personality:

Originally, as a Winter Eladrin, Nallias was a figure of solemnity and isolation. His demeanor was often quiet and introspective, marked by a pervasive sense of melancholy and detachment. He was cautious and reserved, slow to trust, and carried a deep-seated sadness from his years of enslavement and hardship.

Transforming into an Autumn Eladrin marked a significant shift in his personality. Nallias became more open, expressive, and engaging. The sorrow that once dominated his life gave way to a playful and mischievous spirit, indicative of the autumn season. He began to take joy in the companionship of others, showing a fondness for storytelling and laughter. His outlook became one of optimism and a willingness to experience each new day as a gift.

This change also brought a newfound creativity and curiosity. Nallias developed an eagerness to learn and explore, often taking the lead in new adventures with a bright enthusiasm that was absent in his earlier years. His interactions are now infused with a gentle warmth and a readiness to support those around him, embodying the transformative power of healing and growth.
