Cid is a scouter and mechanic from Earth 2.0. He's a war vet and long-time friend of Karn.
Cid was born on Earth 2.0. He showed a knack for engineering and joined the military to pay for his schooling. He had remarkable talent as a scout. He also met Karn during the war and they have been traveling companions ever since. Cid has opened up a garage and workshop, but has been taking mercenary work from the Scouter's Guild to pay the bills.
