Bardar Hawkcrest is a prominent lord in Ark, well known for running several brothels and taverns. The group is yet to meet Lord Hawkcrest but have heard his name mentioned a few times, mainly by members of the Council of Eight. The group have learned that Lord Hawkcrest once sat on the council but was voted off for poor financial choices. Since then he has shown little interest in being apart of the council.
