Appearance

Physical Description

She is of slender build, very dainty and willowy. Her plantium blonde hair is thick, feeling like a horse's mane. She has very pale skin.

Body Features

She appears as a normal human at first... until one gets a better look at her. The more you look, the odder her appearance.

Facial Features

Rounded and soft angle. She can often be seen with a smile upon her face... whether she is happy or just vapidly daydreaming about something....it's hard to tell. Wisp can come across as bright-eyed child-like in her face.
 
Her eyes stand out, a striking aqua color with shimmers of gold and violet specs. They hold no pupils. Instead of rose blushed cheeks, one can see specs of gold and white.

Identifying Characteristics

Adorned upon her head is a gold spiral horn...with the beads and jasmine flowers she wears, it would be hard to tell if it's a real horn or decoration... you might think she has a unicorn obsession... until you see the rest of her body.
 
Where normal human ears should be, rather large unicorn type ears protrude out.
 
further down her body, on parts not covered in autumn colored and shimmering clothing, you see long tufts of platinum blonde hair upon her wrists and ankles. Could that be hooves instead of feet? Did you just see a unicorn's tail flicking behind her?

Physical quirks

She has a habit of twitching her tail when she is nervous, or lying.
 
You can catch her playing with her tail or with her hair if she's in a daydream.
 
If she hears a constantly repeating noise that annoys her (like someone smacking their lips as they eat, constant tapping, etc.) Her head will begin to twitch slightly.

Apparel & Accessories

Wisp prefers to dress in colors of autumn (gold, brown, red, orange, yellow). She does occasionally have the affinity for pastel colors as well as you can see lavender ribbons wrapped upon her staff and the pink faerie adornments she wears behind her ears and on her staff as well.
 
She prefers loose and flowing clothes. Something that won't restrict her movements. Unless it is a long gown or dress, Wisp will never wear any pants that cover past her ankles, or any shirts that cover her wrists.

Personal history

Wisp has only known life in Noonhallow Vale. Her home in the Feywilds. The little girl grew up in the feywilds. Given the name "Wisp" as she was tiny and pale as a spirit. She knew nothing of her human parents. Only knowing the wise and noble unicorn "Peppercorn" as her father, the kind, loving and gentle faerie Zurline as her mother, Clopin her mischevious and a bit over-protective satyr brother, and Picori her cheerful pixie companion.
 
She never wanted for anything growing up. Everyone she knew in the Feywilds treated her as if she were one of them, as if she were their own daughter.
 
Clopin loved and adored his adopted sister dearly. He really loved how innocent she was....and how stupid..err..gullible she was. He could convince her of anything. He loved playing pranks and jokes on her (all harmless of course). No one else could prank her though, only he could.
 
As she grew older though, Wisp started to wonder about her human family. Why was she given up to the feywilds? Did they even know about her? Were they still alive? There was an entire other part of her Wisp knew nothing about.

Education

The satyrs, faes and pixies of the vale were not only her family, but teachers as well.
 
Zurline taught her about fae arcana, and the sylvan language.
 
Peppercorn (when he was around) taught her the language of the Celestial.
 
Picori, along with the Dryads of the vale, taught Wisp about the laws of nature and druidic language
 
Clopin...tried to teach Wisp to not be so gullible... key word being tried.

Employment

It wasn't so much as an employment, but rather her chores and duties. To help her better understand the magic she was being taught, Wisp was tasked with tending to the flora of the grove. She helped the other dryads to keep their home lush and breaming with plant life.

Failures & Embarrassments

She was responsible for part of the grove flooding once.
 
She doesn't remember what she did... but apparently, she has been banned from drinking wine and ale in the vale... forever.
 
Wisp nearly burned down the forest trying to learn magic to control lightning.

Mental Trauma

Fear of weilding lightning magic. After nearly burning down her home forest, Wisp is hesitant to ever weild lightning magic. She has not done so ever since.

Intellectual Characteristics

Wisp knows much when it comes to nature and the arcana. She knows all of the fey customs, traditions and ceremonies.
 
However, while she is smart in these catagories, Wisp is very naieve and very gullible. One of the things her brother loves is how easily she can be convinced of anything.

Morality & Philosophy

Wisp is mostly on the good side. She doesn't beleive in bringing harm to others unless one is protecting themselves.
 
Laughter can sometimes be the best medicine for what emotionally ales you.
 
Since she was shown so much love and kindness among the fae, she wishes to share that with others.

She's under the impression that once she reaches maturity, she will become a unicorn as long as she remains pure. ((This is in no way true, but Wisp does not know this, and beleives her brother)).

Contacts & Relations

Peppercorn- Wisp's "parent" unicorn, the unicorn who blessed her mother. Wise and noble. Wisp has not seen much from him as she grew older, and wonders what became of him.
 
Zurline - Wisp's faerie "mother". The one who raised her in the fae wild when she was given up by her human mother. She's very motherly, kind and very regal in the way she carries and presents herself.

Clopin- Wisp's satyr "big brother". Loves to prank people, but he especially picks on Wisp. He is very protective of her though and will not let anyone else pick on her besides himself. Clopin managed to convince Wisp that as long as she remains a pure maiden, then she will eventually become a unicorn as all Bright Maids do (this is obviously a lie, but Wisp doesn't know that).
 
Picori- Wisp's pixie friend. This pixie stayed with her since she was a little baby and grew up with Wisp. They were very close and it was hard to leave Pikori behind.
 
The Human Family - Wisp's unknown family. She knows nothing of them except that Peppercorn blessed her human mother due to deeds she performed that he deemed worthy. Wisp wants to find her birth-parents to see why they gave her to the fae.... and to see if Clopin's idea holds any bearing.

Tree-Licker - Among the fey only. Apparently she earned this title the night she got severly intoxicated.

Religious Views

she is a free spirit, and beleives everyone has a right to worship any gods/goddesses they chose as long as it does not bring deliberate harm unto others.
